Marine Fuel Sales – GTC
Unless otherwise agreed in writing by TasmanFuels, the terms and conditions applicable to all delivery of marine fuels by TasmanFuels shall be “Shell Marine Fuels General Terms and Conditions of sales applicable to sales of Marine Fuels Dated April 1st, 2013” with the following amendments and additions:
- Any reference to “Shell” shall be deemed to be logically amended to reference the Seller.
- Clause 31. “Governing Law” shall be replaced by the Following words: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with New Zealand law. Each Party irrevocably and unconditionally submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand for the purpose of hearing and determining any disputes or proceedings arising out of or in connection with the marine fuel sale.
